Legendary British golfer designs the new golf course at Secret Valley!

Born Scunthorpe, July 1944, Tony Jacklin became a superstar when he won the Open at Lytham in 1969 and followed it up with a stunning success in the US Open at Hazeltine 12 months later, an achievement that no European golfer has been able to match since. In the 1980s, Jacklin`s outstanding captaincy of Europe`s Ryder Cup team on three occasions revitalised the event and made him the most dominant team leader the event has seen.

Tony Jacklin is boosting his increasingly impressive profile as a course designer with the announcement that he is to design a second golf complex in Cyprus. Jacklin, who remains the only post-war British or European golfer to have won both the Open and US Open, has been asked to replace the existing 18 holes at Secret Valley with two completely new 18-hole golf courses, thus forming a 36-hole golf complex.
